Aluminium Oxide Flap Disc

Material:
Abrasive cloth with Aluminium oxide, Zirconium oxide, Silicon carbide carbide grain, close coated.

Backing:
Fiberglass, plastic.

Application:
Be fitted with polishing machine which are power-driven/pneumatic, suitable for high stock removal on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, and most alloys.

Type:
Type 27 has a flat shape that is designed to help grind flat surfaces and outside edges, working the disc at around 0° to 15°, it offers maximum contact area to create a smooth professional finish quickly and easy.

Type:
Type 29 on the other hand includes a built-in angle to assist with grinding complex work surfaces, seams and inside corners. The ideal working angle is between 15° and 30° which helps promote a cooler grinding experience.

authorization letter.
Q3: How about packages?

Q4: What's the order procedure?
A: Firstly, we discuss the details together by e-mail or TM. Then we issue you a PI for your
confirmation.You will be requested to do the deposit before we starting production. After we get the payment, we will process the order. It usually takes 35-45 days if we do not have the items in stock.
